I waited two hours for nothing. I had a appointment for a alignment and before they even did anything, they did a two hour inspection trying to upsell more work. Very disappointed and won't go there again! I never even got my alignment.
Hey Donna, I am so sorry you had a bad experience. We definitely failed you on communication and I apologize and take full responsibility for that. The technician was unable to perform the alignment due to inner tie rods being loose and the front struts being worn. There is no way to perform an accurate alignment with worn steering and suspension components and that would be dishonest to take your money and say we aligned the vehicle and know that it was not done correctly due to bad parts, but we should have communicated that much sooner. Our inspection process is not to upsell more work but to let you know the true health and safety of your vehicle so you are more equipped to make the best decision possible when it comes to vehicle repairs and maintenance. Too many places just change oil or do repairs and never check any thing else, and that is not us and never will be. We will always perform a quality inspection and report all the findings to you so you know everything about your vehicle, even though that does take more time. What you do with the findings is completely up to you and we will never pressure you to spend money with us, we just inform and present what we see.
