I had my battery changed at a store and when I started the car up, there was no radio, no USB port, no cigarette lighter port activity and no backup camera. Other things didn't work either. Worst of all I couldn't use the key fob or anything else to lock or unlock the doors! I could manually unlock each door but that was all. I called Barrett Automotive and Nicole said I could come at 2pm that same day. They were the closest place and they were about 30 minutes from the house. I'm new to the area and of course, I got lost because I couldn't use my gps (no cigarette lighter) but when I called, she seemed to know just where I was and stayed on the phone with me until I got there (about 5 minutes). It took a few minutes to figure out my problem which was a blown fuse instead of the usual dead battery problem, but after that he reset all my electronics and everything was fixed, I was good to go. I'm glad the technician was smart enough to figure out the problem. Everyone was very nice and I was really happy they could fix it while I waited. Next time my car needs work, I'm definitely going there. The shop seemed very professional and everyone was very kind and respectful.
