I really appreciate the work these guys (and gals) do when I bring my car in. I’m not an auto mechanic but when I get my car fixed, I like to know what all was done and why. These folks do a great job explaining in person and with their digital diagnostic results that you can pull up any time. I recommend Barrett to friends when they have vehicle issues, because they’re local for one, and they’re dependable too

Barrett Automotive is not the cheapest shop in town, but it may be the best. They are thorough, warranty their work, and great to work with. They do stay very busy, so it can sometimes take a little time for them to get to you, but the tradeoff in quality work is worth the extra time and money. I particularly love the electronic quote system they use that includes a detailed breakdown of the work they propose including photos of broken and worn components. I've had them work on all of my vehicles: Honda, BMW, and Ford. They do good work on everything I bring them.
