They are amazing at what they do. I have brought my cars to them for years. I am into imports and being so rural I was excited they could work on all my 'oddball' cars. My Tahoe, my old Mercedes, 2 Porsches, my old Land Rover and I will be bringing them my new toy Isuzu this week. All their work has been flawless and the prices have been fair. And they are great Family people too.

They give you an itemized printout of what you need and how much it'll cost. That's a big plus for me. I noticed on their website, they have a credit plan you can apply for which is also a great option. I'm also glad they moved their business to a more convenient location. Went to get an AC refrigerant recharge, quoted $105 in which I was good with for a recharge. Upon potential AC refrigerant recharge, it was determined by the shop that the AC hi and low refrigerant was good, so not the issue. Then they quoted me the job to replace the radiator fan unit as well as the compressor as it may be one or both which is normal to do but, still charged me $105 for the 'diagnosis'? No thanks, I'll take my vehicles to Benny Cook where he doesn't charge people a hundred or more to 'diagnose' a problem that's pretty evident when the refrigerant is full. Dissatisfied customer. Go to Benny Cook, he didn't charge my mom for a diagnosis when her refrigerant was determined full and to be a sensor on her hybrid car.

Barrett Automotive is definitely a go to business. My wife and I, along with our two dogs, were moving to our new home, and our truck (that was pulling a full Uhaul trailer) broke down along the way late in the evening, so we wound up spending the night in an Ingles parking lot. I Googled repair shops in the area, and Barrett's Automotive popped up with great reviews. Decided to give them a try and was able to get my truck to their shop as soon as they opened at 8 a.m. I explained our predicament and sense of urgency - they worked me in immediately and diagnosed a bad coil and sparkplug. With the parts delivered and installed - we were back on the road within an hour and fifteen minutes. While we waited they offered us bottled water, and even brought water out for our dogs. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Barrett automotive has truly proven to be the best place to take a vehicle for repair. They were completely professional while using the latest technology to repair my sons Ford F150 and all while staying in constant communication to keep us informed on the process. I love these guys. They do it right the first time every time and do a thorough inspection to find other problems to catch it before it becomes a problem. I’ve had them replace an engine on my Kia and runs good as new. Price was way better than I thought it was going to be. Had work done on my Ford F-150 for a cylinder misfire. They replaced all the plugs and ignition coil and boots. This was half the price I was quoted in Indiana before I moved down here. I will always bring my vehicles here for them to repair. Plus they were kind enough to drop my wife back home and bring her back when the work was complete. Thank you very much.

Prices are very high but they do quality work so you get what you pay for.
