Called to make an appointment for oil change on my BMW. Left detailed message to call me back. No phone call from them. Business must be great to ignore a new client.

While passing through Cornelia on a road trip, we had break issues that needed to be resolved immediately. We called in after 5 and even though they closed at 5:30, Tiffany told us to come in and they would check it out. Tiffany and Justin were both incredibly helped and stayed late to fix our problem and get us back on the road that same evening. Barrett Automotive saved our vacation while still managing to be friendly, professional and kind . THANK YOU Barrett Automotive!!

Took my Subaru in for some basic maintenance, and was pleasantly surprised with the friendly and helpful demeanor of everyone there. I guess nowadays I had gotten so used to being treated as more of a nuisance than a customer that it was very refreshing to meet some genuinely cool and professional folks. They had me in and out in no time, so this will definitely become our family car maintenance shop!

Some details I put in personal review area, not realizing it would not be published. Barrett will be my first choice in car repair from this day forward. The owner is a great guy, showed concern and was very helpful, his wife is kind and helpful as well. They did a great job on our car, showed real concern for us and generally I could not ask for a better experience.

We had our car break down and had it towed to Barrett, never having used them before. They were able to diagnose quickly, promised repairs in a timeline they kept and were informative and courteous.

We were very satisfied with the quality work that they performed on our vehicle. They have detailed pictures that show you the inspection they make of your vehicle and let you know if service is needed and not just some random check sheet telling you that a certain part needs replaced. We have used them in the past and have never been disappointed. We know that we can trust them and in this day and age that means a lot. We always highly recommend them to anyone that might need their car serviced.

I took two vehicles here within a very short time span and they were excellent. High quality repairs, reasonable prices, and excellent customer service. The text and email communication was a bonus and extremely convenient. Tiffany was amazing through the whole process. I 100% recommend them.

I have lost some confidence in Barrett's... I was a repeat customer so I took my Jeep to Barrett's to replace a water pump. They gave me a general inspection report which included comments on my brakes. They said the back were about ready to start scraping the rotor and the front weren't far behind. They fixed the water pump and serpentine belt awesomely. I immediately went and got new brakes for my husband to put on. The back brakes still had half the pads on and the front had 3/4. That was money unnecessarily spent that I could have gotten a front bearing replacement with. I'm not happy with their general inspection results.

From the moment I made that initial phone call to Barrett Automotive, to the time I picked up my vehicle, I KNEW I found my permanent vehicle repair shop. Everyone I interacted with (namely Trey and Tiffany) were so incredibly friendly and informative. I was extremely displeased in my dealership's handling of my vehicle repair needs. So, I went on a search for a whole new place. I found Barrett's and was impressed by their reviews. They went above and beyond all expectations. My car now runs even better than it did before it "got broke". I recommend this shop for their honesty, hospitality, knowledge, expertise, and awesome customer service. They ROCK!!!
