My experience has been that they are very professional and do excellent work.

I had an issue with my 2019 Durango. The dealership wasn't going to be able to look at it for over a week, so I checked with Barrett Automotive. They had me drop it off in their after hours box that same day, which worked great for my busy schedule. They sent an in depth diagnostic list in a text link the very next day and started work on the car as soon as the parts came in. We were leaving for vacation, and were VERY stressed about getting the car fixed in time. They had us taken care of in plenty of time, and we were able to safely go on our trip. The price was also reasonably fair. The staff was kind and sincere, and they were quick to respond with answers to any and all questions we had. We will certainly be bringing future business to them.

While passing through Cornelia on a road trip, we had break issues that needed to be resolved immediately. We called in after 5 and even though they closed at 5:30, Tiffany told us to come in and they would check it out. Tiffany and Justin were both incredibly helped and stayed late to fix our problem and get us back on the road that same evening. Took my Subaru in for some basic maintenance, and was pleasantly surprised with the friendly and helpful demeanor of everyone there. I guess nowadays I had gotten so used to being treated as more of a nuisance than a customer that it was very refreshing to meet some genuinely cool and professional folks. They had me in and out in no time, so this will definitely become our family car maintenance shop!

Some details I put in personal review area, not realizing it would not be published. Barrett will be my first choice in car repair from this day forward. The owner is a great guy, showed concern and was very helpful, his wife is kind and helpful as well. They did a great job on our car, showed real concern for us and generally I could not ask for a better experience.

We had our car break down and had it towed to Barrett, never having used them before. They were able to diagnose quickly, promised repairs in a timeline they kept and were informative and courteous.
